My Hickory Smoked Sea Salt has a very robust smoky flavor, with a little bit of a "sweet" background to it.
My Applewood Smoked Sea Salt is very similar in taste to my Hickory Smoked Sea Salt. It just a tad more subtle and less “sweet", like a fine dry wine. Totally superb!
